Protest the execution of a murderer Manuel Valle

Washington-The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) on Thursday condemned the execution of Manuel Valle, on September 28 in Florida (USA) despite the precautionary measures of protection granted in favor of the defendant by this organism.Valle, 61, of Cuban descent, received lethal injection thirty years after being sentenced to death for the murder of a policeman in 1979.Since then, several attempts appeals process at the federal and state levels, which reached the Commission, the autonomous agency of the Organization of American States (OAS) responsible for ensuring respect for human rights in the continent.
